Why hasn't he paid his debts?
Unfortunately Andrew hasn't been forthcoming as to why he hasn't paid us, so we have to look at the evidence.
He signed a solvency statement on 04/12/24 which states that
there is no ground on which the Company could then be found to be unable to pay (or otherwise discharge) its debts
, and thatThe Company will be able to pay (or otherwise discharge) its debts as they fall due during the year immediately following the date of this statement
.If the above is true, then he is potentially unlawfully withholding payments.
If the above is false and he doesn't have any money, then he is potentially trading whilst insolvent which is an offence under Section 214 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Partly so Andrew Barlow can keep on top of how much he owes to his ex-employees, and partly to make people aware of how he operates. If he clears all of the debts he owes to former employees, this website will be taken down.
